Here are opinions that you can find directly on the playstore for example. We took 5 different opinions to give you an idea about the game.
Fallout Shelter Online 5* Review
I indeed find that the game has changed a lot and is completely different from the first Fallout Shelter. However, contrary to other reviews speaking negatively, I find that the game has a HUGE lifespan compared to the very first Fallout Shelter and it only got better compared to this one. Personally, I love it and hope to see this beauty come out on the European side!
Fallout Shelter Online 4* Reviews
Why is it necessary to modify its ip to put it in Singapore to have access to the game? I live in France is China had before us while they are the villains of the series, once again disappointed with the games (gameplay level I expect to have started the game well)
Fallout Shelter Online 3* Reviews
An online version of fallout shelter with a story for each faction. The progression is satisfactory, a lot of fashion and the rewards for the moment are legion. (2 weeks of games) Lacks a bit of personal nv variety (we find ourselves quickly with all the same characters. The maps are "varied": you can start at the top of a building without seeing the entrance or a bunker etc " It changes from its predecessor. I just regret the repetitive music.. given the variety in the games.
2* review on Fallout Shelter Online
I'm very disappointed compared to the old Fallout Shelter. There is no longer possible reproduction between two citizens, characters can no longer die for good, survivors can no longer randomly arrive at your Shelter. But the worst part is the fact that there are no more "specials" or weapons to collect, because each person has perks with a weapon unique to the character. The only positive side is the combat system and the quests. In addition there is 1 giga of download.

Almost 1 gig of Download to tell me everything is full and I can't play... Disappointing... I uninstall.
