You can play your mobile games on PC through Android emulators. It's exactly the same for Minecraft.

Install an Android emulator for Minecraft

Click on the link : HERE

Click on Download Minecraft on PC (yellow button)

Wait for the emulator to download at the bottom left of your screen.

When the emulator is installed you can click on it to launch the .exe

Click Install

Click Reject unless you want to install this as a bonus (not recommended).

Wait for the emulator download to finish and the Minecraft download to start
